The first requirement for a successful connection to your Senso4s device is that your device is listed as Available in Senso4s Scanner screen (i.e. the screen that shows when you open the Senso4s app). If that is not the case, please take the following steps:

  • Refresh the list of Senso4s devices: Swipe down Senso4s Scanner screen or click the Refresh icon in the upper right corner of the Senso4s Scanner screen.
  • Check the batteries: Ensure all batteries are the same type and correctly seated in the battery compartment.

  • Enable Bluetooth: Confirm that Bluetooth is turned on your mobile device.

  • Check your range: Move closer to the Senso4s with your mobile device.

  • Check for active sessions: Ensure no other user is currently connected to your Senso4s device, as it supports only one connection at a time.
