An unsuccessful Senso4s device setup is indicated by the drawing shown below and a pop-up explaining what went wrong.
In addition, the main drawing can be accompanied by one or more icons in the upper left corner of the screen:
Motion detected: The Senso4s device moved during setup. Please make sure that the Senso4s device does not move and repeat the setup.
Inclination detected: The Senso4s device was inclined by more than 6°. Make sure the Senso4s device is not inclined by more than 6°, then repeat the setup.
Too low/high temperature detected: The ambient temperature was below -10°C or above 40°C. Please ensure that the operating temperature is within -10°C and 40°C.
If none of the above icons is shown and the »The user-specified data do not match with the measured data…« pop-up is shown, then please repeat the setup while following these steps:
- Double-check the Tare cylinder weight and Total gas capacity values.
- Make sure that the extra mass of the equipment added to your gas cylinder (hose, regulator etc.) does not exceed 2,5 kg. If the extra mass is greater than this, please add that specific weight to your empty cylinder weight value during Senso4s device setup.
- Make sure you carry out the zero adjustment step without any weight on your Senso4s device.
- Make sure that the total mass of your gas cylinder (tare weight + total gas capacity + equipment) is between 3 kg and 45 kg.
