Terms and Conditions: B2B Pro Forma Invoice Form

1. Scope and Eligibility

B2B Only: The B2B Pro Forma Invoice available at https://senso4s.com/b2b (hereinafter the Form) is intended strictly for businesses (retailers, distributors, OEMs etc.) interested in the resale or distribution of Senso4s products.
Verification: Submission of the the Form does not constitute a binding purchase contract. All requests are subject to business verification and approval by Senso4s d.o.o..

Non-Binding Quote: Upon submission of the Form and successful business verification a pro forma invoice based on the quantities requested is generated. The pro forma invoice serves as a preliminary quotation and is valid until the date specified on the invoice.
Payment Terms: Orders are processed and goods are dispatched only upon receipt of full payment as detailed in the pro forma invoice.
Shipping and Taxes: Prices quoted in the pro forma invoice exclude applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and import/export fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Information Collection: By filling out the Form, you authorize Senso4s d.o.o. to collect and process your company details, business email, and mobile phone number for the purpose of processing your request.
GDPR Compliance: Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your business data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or comply with legal obligations.

Senso4s shall not be liable for delays in processing pro forma requests caused by incorrect information provided in the form (e.g., invalid VAT numbers or erroneous contact details) or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
