In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the EU Data Act), this notice provides information regarding the data generated by the “Senso4s product”. Senso4s product consists of a “Senso4s device” (Senso4s BASIC Bluetooth Scale and Senso4s PLUS Bluetooth Scale) and its accompanying Android/iOS mobile application, hereinafter termed as “Senso4s app”.

1. Data Generation and Storage

The Senso4s BASIC Bluetooth Scale measures weight and battery level and counts measurement cycles every 15 minutes.

The Senso4s PLUS Bluetooth Scale does everything the Senso4s BASIC Bluetooth Scale does, and also measures ambient temperature, inclination, and 3-axis acceleration. These additional data are not stored and are used for validation at each measurement cycle. All these data are measured every 15 minutes.

Senso4s App generates the following data: setup date (generated automatically), tare and net weight of the gas cylinder, Senso4s device name and intended use (all are user inputs).

The Senso4s device stores the following data: tare and net weight of the gas cylinder, setup date, intended use, history of weight measurements, history of measurement cycles, and the last battery-level measurement. Except for the last battery level measurement, which is stored until the next measurement cycle, all data are stored until the new setup is made.

Senso4s app stores the (A) tare and net weight of the gas cylinder, setup date, intended use, Senso4s device name, (B) history of weight measurements, history of timestamps and © last battery level measurement. The retention periods for the data listed under (A) are until the next user change, for those under (B) until a new setup is made and for data under © until the next measurement cycle.

Senso4s app communicates with Senso4s device exclusively via the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) local communication protocol. We do not collect, transmit, view, or store any data on remote cloud servers.

The maximum data volume stored on the Senso4s device is approximately 350 B, and the maximum data value in the Senso4s App for one full gas cylinder cycle is < 3.5 MB per Senso4s device.

Senso4s product does not collect, store or share any personal data.

2. User Access and Data Portability

You have immediate and unrestricted access to the data residing within the Senso4s app.

Under the Data Act’s data portability requirements, you can export your measurement history at any time directly from the Senso4s app in a structured, machine-readable CSV format for use in dedicated software or your own backup systems.

3. User Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

The Senso4s product does not require a user account, registration, or cloud login.

We do not share any data with third parties. Optional custom integrations (e.g., Home Assistant, Homey, ESPHome) can be configured entirely at your discretion.
