All requests are subject to business verification and approval by Senso4s d.o.o..<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Pro Forma Invoicing and Orders<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"6\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Non-Binding Quote:<\/b>\u00a0Upon submission of the Form and successful business verification a pro forma invoice based on the quantities requested is generated. The pro forma invoice serves as a preliminary quotation and is valid until the date specified on the invoice.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Payment Terms:<\/b>\u00a0Orders are processed and goods are dispatched only upon receipt of full payment as detailed in the pro forma invoice.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b style=\"background-color: transparent;\" data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Shipping and Taxes:<\/b><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0Prices quoted in the pro forma invoice exclude applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and import\/export fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3.
