If you are unsatisfied with our products purchased through www.senso4s.com\/shop, you can return them for a full refund. However, you must notify Senso4s in written form about the intended return no later than 14 days from the delivery of goods to the e-mail address support@senso4s.com and return the goods within the next 30 days in the original condition with the original packaging and return form to ensure receiving a refund through your original payment method or replacement products. The return form can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>

Senso4s d.o.o. can only refund orders placed directly through the website www.senso4s.com\/shop.<\/p>

Senso4s d.o.o. does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund or replacement. Any order returned with payment on delivery option will not be accepted and, therefore, no refund will be made.<\/p>

If your Senso4s device was damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us at support@senso4s.com. If your product is still within the 1-year warranty period and was not mishandled in any way, it is eligible for a free-of-charge replacement.<\/p>

After the 30-day return period is up, Senso4s d.o.o. cannot accept returns for a refund or replacement unless the return reason is within our 1-year warranty policy.<\/p>

To initiate a return and refund, please contact us at support@senso4s.com within 14 days of receiving the order. After our team confirms that your order is eligible for a return, please follow the below instructions.<\/p>
